1. DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI aircraft when it meets one of the following criteria:
• Brand new and un-activated aircraft
• Aircraft activated within the last 48 hours
2. DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it was purchased. To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.

* To ensure that your aircraft can enjoy Flyaway replacement service, please bind you DJI account and device with the aircraft in advance through the app. Flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account of device was not bound before the flyaway incident occurred.

Accidental damage is covered by the replacement service, including collisions, water damage, etc. The replacement units are brand-new products or equivalent to brand-new products in performance and reliability.
