Harris Aerial H6 Hybrid EFI Drone
Limitless Potential. Uncompromising Endurance.
Multi-hour, high-endurance flight powered by an advanced 2-stroke EFI generator. Built for long-duration operations.
Limitless Potential. | Uncompromising Endurance.
The Carrier H6 Hybrid EFI offers unparalleled payload versatility for long-duration mission profiles. Built around a highly efficient electronic fuel injection system, it eliminates range anxiety and minimizes downtime.
This system arrives ready to plug-and-play, maintaining the H6 family's hallmark ability to convert to all-electric or hydrogen-electric power formats in minutes — one airframe, three power systems.
Built Different. | Performs Different.
A 77-mile non-stop demonstration flight showcasing the H2400 EFI generator's multi-hour endurance over real terrain — the kind of long-range, long-duration mission profile that battery-only platforms simply cannot complete.
Unparalleled Modularity. | One Airframe. Three Power Formats.
Built on Harris Aerial's flagship H6 hexacopter frame. The robust airframe folds down to a fraction of its flight-ready size for easy transport, then secures into mission-ready position in minutes.
Despite its gas-electric powertrain, the airframe remains fully convertible to all-electric or hydrogen-electric power formats — a single chassis, every mission profile.
Exceptional MTOW to Structural Mass Ratio: the airframe weighs just 14.5 kg (32 lbs) empty while supporting a massive 25 kg (55 lbs) Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW), ensuring maximum power is dedicated to your payload.
Universal Payload Capability. | 5 KG of High-Endurance Capacity.
Equipped with a dampened modular quick-release mounting system and a 19-Pin Universal Payload Connector, the H6 Hybrid EFI handles up to 5 kg (11 lbs) of professional payloads.
The Universal Payload Connector delivers integrated power (48V, 24V, 12V, 5V) and data signals (UART, Ethernet, CAN, USB, GPIO) through a single connection — ready for any high-value sensor, gimbal, or instrument package in the Harris payload library.
High-Endurance EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection). | 2.4 kW of Continuous Power.
Powered by the highly efficient H2400 EFI 2-stroke generator yielding 2.4 kW of continuous power. Operating with a 6.5 L fuel tank capacity (optimally tested at 4 L with maximum 5 kg payload), the intelligent system monitors fuel consumption in real-time along with RPM, generator power output (watts), current and voltage, cylinder head temperature, throttle, and run-time-until-maintenance — for reliable, multi-hour performance.
2x 6S1P LiPo backup battery packs provide up to 5 minutes of redundant battery power for safe recovery in the unlikely event of a generator interruption.
Rapid Field Execution. | Reliable Electronic Fuel Injected Engine.
The 2-stroke engine is fueled electronically by a proprietary EFI (electronic fuel injector), allowing operators to focus on mission success while the generator does the hard work modifying fuel flow for varying elevations and weather conditions. No more turning mechanical needles for tuning during varying weather conditions and flight environments.
Layered radio, battery, and fuel failsafes ensure safe recovery in any failure scenario. NDAA compliant for federal and defense deployments.
